I am a master’s level clinician with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. The majority of my clinical experience is working with children who have disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, ASD, depression, ODD, and PTSD. I come from family-based therapy where I worked with parents on executive functioning and strategies to improve communication and relationships with their children. I have also worked in a classroom setting and in community mental health, which are both settings that have taught me the importance of working collaboratively with clients to achieve their desired results.

I use several approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and reality therapy. This allows me to adapt my own methods to the specific difficulties the client is facing. I believe that my clients and I are actively working together to address the difficulties that brought them into therapy.

Therapy can be difficult, but I believe that a productive and healthy therapist-client partnership is the best way to operate. This looks different for everyone, which is why I actively encourage clients to communicate with me on how their services should look. I always want to make sure my clients feel safe and supported.
