I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in child, adolescent, adult and developmental psychology. I specialize in treating and assessing several disorders such as OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and PANDAS/PANS. I have experience in working with teens as they navigate their social surroundings and with college aged individuals in career development and understanding their identity. I also offer my services to businesses from schools to theater related artists needing consultation on pediatric/adolescent development, mental health, and other topics.

I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral and acceptance based treatments. I believe strongly in evidence-based treatments for psychological problems and have knowledge on how to integrate the appropriate skills, depending on the difficulties my client is facing. I try to work with clients to help them find ways to move forward from stuck points in their lives.

My work with my clients involves creative application of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in ways that are fun and skill building. I use scientifically supported treatments and work with clients in a supportive, energetic, hands on manner. I feel my clients and I are a team, and we work together to move forward.
